Pilates
Joseph Pilates developed the traditional Pilates system in the 1930’s concentrating on the rehabilitation of professional dancers. The Power Core program enhances Joseph Pilates’ methods through the use of the IM+X machine. Power Core uses this machine-based resistance and cardio training to create an overall fitness and wellness program. This unique program focuses on stretching, cardiovascular intervals, plyometrics, abdominal training, lower back, upper body, and lower muscle toning, all while fully supporting the spine and neck.
Fusion Pilates program is very results oriented. Strength, resistance, and cardiovascular training combined with muscle lengthening causes long, lean muscle to develop. It also leads to elongated posture and increased spine flexibility. The programs also emphasize inner and outer thigh exercises to decrease excess bulk in trouble areas.

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Healing ~ Mind ~ Body ~ Spirit
What is Fascia?
Fascia is tube-shaped, collagen-based connective tissue system of the body that penetrates through and connects muscles to tendons, ligaments and bones, and wraps around nerves, organs and other bodily systems to form a body-wide, smart functional network.
Over time, daily use and with injury, the fascia can become bound causing adhesions, contributing to pain, mobility challenges, and poor cognition. When we experience physical or mental stress, the fascia tenses and collapses which impedes the flow of energy throughout the body.
What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Fascial stretch therapy, also referred to as FST, targets the fascia versus the isolated muscles. As the body is able to relax, any kinks that may exist within the tissue are able to release and melt away through the assisted stretching techniques performed by the therapist.
Massage
Therapeutic massage offers a multitude of benefits for the mind, body and spirit. Physically, it helps alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and improves circulation, promoting faster recovery from injuries and may enhance overall flexibility. Regular massage can also boost the immune system by increasing the activity of natural killer cells. Mentally, massage can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, fostering a sense of relaxation and well-being. It can improve sleep quality, boost mood, and even enhance mental clarity. By addressing both physical and emotional needs, massage contributes to an overall sense of health and wellness.
